Our new luxury lifestyle concept, Il Gattopardo, is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team. Launched September 2023 in Mayfair, we are working with the finest ingredients from across the country in a vibrant kitchen, full of talent. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge with an experienced global team.

As the Floor Manager, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional service delivery, both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Your focus will be on maintaining seamless operations while adhering strictly to restaurant policies and procedures. Being at the forefront of guest interactions, you'll develop a deep understanding of their preferences, enabling you to personalize their experience and surpass their expectations.
