About the Role

Lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless operations.

Train and mentor team members to uphold high service standards.

Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.
Key Criteria:

Previous experience as a Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

A passion for hospitality and exceptional front-of-house service standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
