Java Developer – All Levels Considered (Remote/Hybrid)

Are you a back-end developer who thrives on solving real problems, building scalable systems, and working with purpose? We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing tech company that’s building impactful digital products in the FinTech space — and they’re looking to grow their Java engineering team.

We’re open to speaking with junior through to experienced developers, provided you bring the right mindset: proactive, curious, methodical, and passionate about building clean, maintainable code.

Tech Stack

• Java & Spring Boot (core stack)
• REST APIs, Microservices
• AWS (experience with serverless architecture is a nice bonus)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile processes

• A solid grounding in Computer Science principles – whether that’s via a degree or real-world experience
• A natural problem-solver who doesn’t just code, but thinks about the why
• Someone who knows when to ask questions, and when to crack on independently
• A good communicator who thrives in a remote-first setup but isn’t afraid of the occasional office day in Leamington Spa
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to build great software
