Full-Stack Product Engineer (Front-End / UX Leaning)
Location: West London (on-site, 5 days)
Stage: VC-backed, early-stage, high-growth
Sector: Advanced manufacturing / industrial technology
The opportunity
Our client is building software that runs real factories.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and operations. Youโll be designing and building the interfaces that factory teams rely on every day โ software that controls production, scheduling, quality and delivery in high-stakes, real-world environments.
If you care about clarity, usability and building products that genuinely improve how people work, this role is likely to resonate.
What youโll work on
- Designing and building UI-heavy, workflow-driven applications used on the factory floor
- Transl messy problems into clear, intuitive product experiences
- Building end-to-end features using TypeScript, React and backend services
- Working closely with manufacturing teams to iterate rapidly based on real usage
- Shipping software that has on physical operations
What weโre looking for
- Strong full-stack fundamentals, with a clear front-end / UX bias
- Experience building complex, data-driven interfaces (dashboards, admin tools, workflows)
- Product thinking โ you care why something is built, not just how
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and little process
- Motivated by real-world impact, not just abstract technical problems
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in operational software, internal tools, ERP, logistics, or industrial systems
- Interest in manufacturing, hardware, or physical systems
Technology
The core stack today includes TypeScript, React, Postgres and AWS.
We care far more about strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking and the ability to solve real-world problems than prior experience with any specific tool.
