Account Director / Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions

Hybrid – 2 days/week in London

£50,000–£70,000 basic + Double OTE + Accelerators

Permanent | Full-Time

Are you a relationship-led sales professional with a track record of closing deals in managed services, professional services, or licensing? We’re supporting a high-growth tech business building out a new Enterprise Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within an established business that’s central to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Inherit legacy relationships and leads from major tech partners
  • Access regular campaign-based new business activity with rich lead lists
  • Supported by specialist sales overlays, presales, and a sales support function
  • Hybrid working (2 days/week in central London) with a collaborative, high-energy team culture

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building trusted relationships across mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Driving new business from both inbound and campaign-led opportunities
  • Working closely with solution experts to position value-led offerings in: Managed Services, Professional Services, Licensing (Microsoft & Cisco ecosystems)
  • Taking ownership of revenue targets and contributing to team growth
