To further support our growth in the energy sector throughout the UK, we are now looking for an experienced Business Development professional dedicated to the renewable energy sector.
The Role:The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our dedicated Energy business sector in the UK. If youâre a proven leader driven by innovation and excited to shape the future of energy, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fastâpaced, forwardâthinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing your business scope with both a strategic and operational approach. Your responsibilities will include three main areas:
Business Development
Identify, develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities in the UK energy sector.
Ensure proper followâup of contracts and ongoing services.
Recruitment & Consultant Management
Build your team by recruiting engineers according to client needs.
Ensure their integration, coaching, and career development.
Activity Management & Team Leadership
Monitor project delivery, analyse performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Support engineersâ skills development and ensure their professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
You hold an Engineering degree (mandatory). Candidates from other backgrounds cannot be considered for this position.
You have 3â4 years of experience, ideally in engineering consulting, industry, and in energy sectors.
You have prior experience in team management and profit centre responsibility.
You hold a valid driving licence to visit clients.
You are dynamic, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are highly adaptable.
