We\’re seeking an experienced Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer to join our growing team. This is more than just a training job, it\’s a chance to be part of a positive movement, where your knowledge helps others stay safe, manage challenging situations and build confidence.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging training that helps people de-escalate conflict and manage challenging behaviour.
- Train learners across the UK, both in-person and online.
- Work flexibly and travel as needed to meet client needs.
- Contribute to the development and refresh of training materials, ensuring they remain practical, current, and impactful.
What We\’re Looking For:
- A recognised training qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Recent experience delivering professional training in personal safety and/or physical intervention.
- A confident communicator with a practical understanding of conflict resolution.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital systems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
What You\’ll Get in Return:
