IKON Training is seeking an experienced Personal Safety Trainer – Physical Skills & PMVA to join the team. This full-time role is ideally based in Kent or near travel distance, with regular travel to client sites to deliver instructor-led training to frontline teams across varied environments.
You will deliver practical training in personal safety, conflict resolution, breakaway skills and PMVA, ensuring a safe, professional learning environment and adapting delivery for different learner groups.
