We are looking for an experienced Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer to join our collaborative and growing team in Manchester. This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on making a real difference across various sectors, including Healthcare, Transport, Education, Social Care, Facilities, and Retail.
As a Workplace Safety Trainer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and impactful training in conflict resolution and managing challenging behaviour across diverse industries.
- Contribute to content development, ensuring training materials are relevant, innovative, and aligned with industry standards.
- Travel nationwide to deliver on-site training and conduct online communication skills courses.
- Work remotely, with the flexibility to travel when required.
What We re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Hold or work towards a minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent (e.g., PTTLS).
- Recent experience in delivering professional training.
- A Physical Intervention experience and practical delivery experience.
- A strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- A clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
What We Offer
This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include:
- Reimbursement of business mileage and expenses.
- 22 days annual leave plus 3 days for Christmas shutdown and bank holidays.
