We are actively hiring Call Center Representatives with strong experience in sales/call center positions, preferably in appointment setting. This is a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire role in Woburn, MA. Long-term earnings potential of $70,000+ annually for strong performers.

The Call Center Representative will assume responsibility for handling inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of the organisation's customer acquisition efforts. In the role, the ideal candidate will strive for exceptional customer experience and serve as an advisor to prospective customers, scheduling appointments for the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with good phone presence, coupled with strong technical proficiency in various computer systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects and schedule appointments.
  • Set appointments using provided leads and call scripts.
  • Communicate the benefits of our products (Windows, Doors, Kohler Walk-In Baths) with professionalism and clarity.
  • Record customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Address common objections or questions and ensure a positive brand experience for every caller.
  • Work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 11AM–7PM.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and active listening ability.
  • Comfortable working with scripts, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
