Principal Duties:
- Driving volumes and quality
- Involvement in Quality issues, ensuring low wastage
- Aiming for excellent housekeeping standards at all times
- Liaising and communicating with team members effectively
- Liaising with engineers, for example on breakdowns and technical issues
- Identifying issues on the plant to Team Leaders / Shift Manager
- Ensuring changeovers run smoothly
- Ensuring stoppages are kept to a minimum
- Completion of the production report spreadsheet in a detailed and accurate manner
- Attendance of production meetings when requested
