We’re excited to share that we are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology team at our Appley Bridge site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1st and 2nd line IT support experience who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and being part of a collaborative Global IT function.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests across all UK locations
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support (hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices)
- Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments (with exposure to macOS/iOS/Android beneficial)
- Manage and update tickets within our ITSM system in line with SLAs
- Travel to our UK sites (4 locations) to provide on-site support when required
- Contribute to IT projects alongside day‑to‑day service desk activity
The Service Desk operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (shift pattern 8–4 / 9–5)

Grade: 4.6–4.7 (£30,224–£30,698)
Company Car / Allowance after successful completion of probation
Full, clean UK driving licence required
