We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for an Office Administrator position. The successful applicant will be joining the Despatch department and will provide support to the Grange Mill goods despatch and administration function.
Post: Full time and to cover maternity leave (approx. 6 months)
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications & experience
Probationary period: 6 months

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service and should possess the below qualities:
- Effective organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with a can-do approach.
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as within a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Organise and manage the administration of Health & Safety /Environmental documentation.
- Organise and manage the administration of vehicle/equipment hire.
- Place Purchase Orders as directed by the Production Manager and Engineering Managers.
- Record goods received and the match on invoices against the appropriate delivery notes.
- Assist with goods despatch including holiday cover.
- Assist with transport requirements including holiday cover.
- Work closely with customer services to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Deal with all incoming telephone calls, receive visitors into the Grangemill site.
Experience or skills that would be desirable:
- Previous experience in a despatch/ administrative role (Preferred)
- Effective organisational and time management skills: (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely: (Preferred)
- Work under own initiative and be a good team player (Preferred)
