- Liaise with IKO Transport to organise loading of goods out and prepare required despatch documentation.
- Liaise with Grangemill production staff to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Control goods in/out and receive goods/services onto the system.
- Organise and manage the administration of vehicle/equipment hire.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and re-route to appropriate department.
- Manage goods in/out.
- Welcome visitors to the site.
- Receive goods/services onto system.
- Manage bookings for all meeting rooms for Grangemill site.
- Carry out office administration duties as required.
- Adhere to and process any documentation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
- Assist with goods despatch including holiday cover.
