Key responsibilities
- Provide CAD details and written text to be included in flat roofing specifications.
- Assist in the creation of technical flat roofing details.
- Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products. Customers can be both internal and external.
- Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products.
- Production and checking of waterproofing specifications.
- Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance.
- Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation.
