Required skills and responsibilities:
- Keeping track of inventory, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Completing cycle counts inline with Company procedures
- Planning and scheduling production both Tapered and Single Ply
- Processing orders
- Liaising with production regarding labour resources in line with customer demand
- Collecting and providing production figures
- Working closely with Warehouse & Operations to aid on time deliveries
- Maintaining a rolling production plan
- Inputting daily product onto JDE
- Ensuring materials are ordered within supplier lead times to meet production requirements
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Oversee the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Communication and liaising between internal departments
