You will develop procedures, maintain the Operational Readiness Plan in Microsoft Project, and create maintenance and safety documents under guidance from sister plants. The intern will gain hands-on experience drafting standard operator work instructions, 5S audits, and plant policies while aligning with IKO Core Values such as integrity and teamwork.
