Job Overview The Senior Financial Analyst, Plant Finance partners with plant management and regional leadership to deliver financial insights, strengthen reporting processes, and drive operational efficiency. In addition to financial analysis and reporting, this role serves as the finance lead for assigned sites, with responsibility for selected aspects of the month‑end close, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of plant financial results. The position also requires occasional travel to assigned plants within North America to support operational and leadership needs. Key Responsibilities Month‑End Close support the evolution of KPIs in line with business needs. Monitor compliance with plant processes and collaborate with operations teams to address issues in a timely manner. Build strong partnerships with plant staff through regular interaction and quarterly onsite visits. Planning MBA preferred. CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred. 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally in a large, multi‑site manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, management accounting, and budgeting. Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS and/or GAAP). Proficiency with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and advanced Excel. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operations.
