Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement the site IKO 7 Life Critical Program.
  • Embrace IKO values: Humility, Integrity, Agility, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Knowledge Sharing.
  • Follow all plant rules and remain coachable.
  • Develop and organize weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain equipment records and work orders in Maximo.
  • Coordinate with the Storeroom to ensure parts are identified, secured, and properly stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management and job prioritization.
  • Organize work orders post-down-day and ensure proper documentation for KPI maintenance.
  • Support maintenance planning and storeroom activities during absences.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably continuous manufacturing.
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to give clear instructions and understand work order systems.
