Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the site IKO 7 Life Critical Program.
- Embrace IKO values: Humility, Integrity, Agility, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Knowledge Sharing.
- Follow all plant rules and remain coachable.
- Develop and organize weekly maintenance schedules.
- Maintain equipment records and work orders in Maximo.
- Coordinate with the Storeroom to ensure parts are identified, secured, and properly stocked.
- Assist with inventory management and job prioritization.
- Organize work orders post-down-day and ensure proper documentation for KPI maintenance.
- Support maintenance planning and storeroom activities during absences.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably continuous manufacturing.
- Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to give clear instructions and understand work order systems.
