Leads safety and housekeeping efforts and corrective actions within department, assigned projects, and areas with goal of zero incidents.

Exemplifies safety in all actions and leads by example.

  • Designing electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, wiring, and instrumentation, to support processes.
  • Designing, developing, and fine tune PID Control algorithms for complex electrical systems.
  • Creating electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Specifying components, material, and equipment required for electrical systems.
  • Integrating electrical systems with manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborating with mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Ensuring equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • Developing and implement automation solutions, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Programing and troubleshoot control systems for automated processes.
