Job Summary:Driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, expanding market share, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

- Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
- Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers
- Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
- Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
- Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
- Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
