Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for an On Site Supervisor, that will be confident in travelling across the United Kingdom. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Duties include scheduling, coordinating work assignments, inspecting work, and managing supplies and equipment. The Supervisor will also communicate with clients to address any concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing cleaning staff
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspect and ensure high-quality cleaning standards
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues or client concerns
• Experience with managing supplies and equipment
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the event schedule
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial
