About the role

Working closely with the Projects, Product, and other client-facing teams, you will create and deliver engaging learning experiences, develop high-quality training content, and establish scalable digital learning solutions and drive the continued development of these. The role will also be responsible for shaping and managing the company's learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Training Enablement
    • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programmes for new and existing clients, such as workshops, webinars, virtual learning sessions, and other appropriate formats.
    • Work closely with the Projects team to identify training requirements and support client learning needs.
    • Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, knowledge articles, video tutorials, and e-learning content.
    • Gather client feedback and continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes.
  • Product Learning Release Enablement
    • Collaborate with the Product team to maintain a strong understanding of product functionality, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.
    • Develop learning resources and training programmes to support new feature releases and product adoption.
    • Act as a key link between Product and customer-facing teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and understanding.
  • Digital Learning Strategy Platform Development
    • Develop and manage the organisation's digital learning strategy.
    • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of digital learning platforms and tools to support scalable training delivery.
    • Monitor learner engagement and training effectiveness through reporting and analytics.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Establish learning standards, processes, and best practices.
    • Measure training effectiveness and use feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay informed about emerging learning technologies, trends, and best practices.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role, e.g., E-Learning Manager, Training and Development Manager or Learning and Development Manager
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent delegation skills and ability to set and communicate priorities.
  • A genuine interest in technology and learning and development
  • Able to be self-motivating and take initiative.
  • Ability to manage time and work to deadlines.
