IKEA Bristol is a vibrant retail unit and we have a fantastic opportunity for an In‐centre Facilities Manager on a permanent, full‐time basis. This role is ideal for a professional with Facilities Management and team‐leading experience who is passionate about creating safe, compliant and efficient environments. You will join a great team and play a key part in ensuring the store operates smoothly and sustainably.

- Competitive starting salary of £42,000.00 per annum, based on competence and experience.

What You'll Need to Have
- Curiosity about all facets of Facilities Management and general knowledge to deliver, organise and follow up on hard and soft FM services.
- Openness to new solutions, promoting sustainability across energy, emissions, waste and chemical management.
- Inspiration to orchestrate people in a dynamic environment and motivation to build relationships with stakeholders; expertise in contract, supplier and work‐order management for urgent, planned and reactive maintenance.
- Established experience in people management, end‐to‐end project management and a background in retail FM, with the ability to oversee budgets and supplier relations.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Implement Ingka Facility Management within the store through the Unit FM team.
- Manage each property throughout its lifecycle – safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement – ensuring a safe, operational environment for the business, co‐workers, customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure co‐workers, service providers and external partners are up‐to‐date on FM frameworks, guidelines and initiatives.
- Handle all asset management activities, long‐term planning, budget estimation, implementation, follow‐up, forecasting and reporting within FM.
- Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level in line with internal governance to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment and quality.
- Provide effective leadership, inspire and empower co‐workers, and develop departmental skills to support succession planning.
