Youll drive efficient nightly workflows, maximise stock availability, and secure full operational readiness all while coaching and developing a diverse team, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, and ensuring every shift delivers high-quality, cost-effective results. WHAT WE OFFER The Start Date of employment will be: 27th July 2026, can be discussed at interview. Starting salary of £29,215 per annum, based on competence and experience, plus a nightshift hourly rate of £2.25ph between the hours of 10pm and 6am. 39 hours working 5 nights per week including alternative weekends. Working hours are between 10pm to 9am, working approx. 8 hours nightly. We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.
