Overview

From LACK coffee tables to PAX wardrobes, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes making sure our customers always find what they’re looking for. As a Replenishment Warehouse Assistant, you’ll keep stock flowing, orders accurate, and safety as a focus. If you love working hands‑on, finding smart ways to get things done, and being part of a team that makes efficiency look easy, this is the role for you! Due to health & safety, you must be 18 years or older for this vacancy.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Start date of employment: 7th January 2026
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour, nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10pm and 6am
  • Working 5 days out of 7 with 3 out of 4 weekends (39 hours) or 30 hours with alternative weekends
  • Shift hours: 00:00–09:30
  • Flexibility can be discussed to match your life and business needs during the interview

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Comfortable using computers and handheld devices for stock operations
  • Comfortable with high‑volume heavy lifting safely and use of pump trucks
  • Proactively look for tasks and use initiative to complete them efficiently and effectively
  • Adaptable mindset to switch between tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes
  • Work with guidance from manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working
  • Forklift driving experience beneficial but not essential

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Ensure products are available to customers by completing tasks accurately and timely
  • Responsible for compliance with IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations in your area
  • Work to ensure efficiency of the fulfilment operation through simple, cost‑conscious ways and share good examples
  • Manual handling of all products ranging from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes
  • Daily duties include receiving stock, picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery
