IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Manager - nightshift. In IKEA we call this a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader. Step into the night-shift as a Warehouse Operations Team Manager at IKEA, where you'll lead our fulfilment teams to keep products moving and customers smiling. You'll drive efficient nightly workflows, maximise stock availability, and secure full operational readiness all while coaching and developing a diverse team, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, and ensuring every shift delivers high-quality, cost-effective results. WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be: 27th July 2026, can be discussed at interview.
- Starting salary of £29,215 per annum, based on competence and experience, plus a nightshift hourly rate of £2.25ph between the hours of 10pm and 6am.
- 39 hours working 5 nights per week including alternative weekends.
- Working hours are between 10pm to 9am, working approx. 8 hours nightly.
