We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Leader, day-shift, to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Cardiff.
Your remit will be to ensure excellence in daily fulfilment unit operations by assigning duties to co-workers, communicating objectives, and coaching the team.
Expected Starting Date: July 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
This role offers a starting salary of £26,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.
Working hours are between 8am – 9pm.

WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Relevant experience in retail and/or logistics
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience with proven success
- Ability to work through others, set priorities, delegate, and give feedback
- Business-minded with customer focus and budget management skills
- Good computer skills
- Clear communication in English
- Problem-solving experience
WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Lead the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure goods availability, operational readiness, and cost efficiency
- Recruit, develop, and retain talents in the team for diversity and high performance
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment
- Ensure effective daily operations, contribute to goal achievement, and support local business plans
- Implement sustainability initiatives within the unit
