IKEA Wembley is looking to welcome Warehouse Assistants to join our hard-working fulfilment team. In IKEA we call this a Fulfillment Operations Co-worker.
As a Warehouse Assistant in IKEA’s Fulfilment team, you’ll be right in the heart of the action—picking, packing, and prepping orders as well as replenishing stock to keep our customers smiling. It’s a fast-paced, hands‑on role where teamwork, energy, and a knack for staying organised turn a busy day into a satisfying one. If you like moving with purpose and making things happen, this could be your perfect fit.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Start Date of employment will be: 30th November 2026
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.80 per hour.
- 24 hour contracts, working 4 days per week with every fourth weekend off.
- Shift patterns will vary and will be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. All shifts are 6 hours in length, and candidates should be flexible to work a mixture of early, daytime and evening shifts.
