IKEA Doncaster Distribution Centre are looking to welcome a Warehouse Assistant to join our hard-working fulfilment team. WHAT WE OFFER
  • Start Date of employment will be: 7th July 2025
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour (£24,570/£22,276.80 per annum) and MHE allowance £1.50.
  • 37.5/34 Hours, working 5/4 day week and includes 3 out of 4 weekends.

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
  • Warehouse experience is not essential as full training will be provided, all you need is the motivation to make things happen in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail ensuring the customer is at the heart of all we do.
  • Motivation to utilise technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure you are prepared to use your own initiative and participate in group efforts.
  • Health and safety regulations require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
  • Receiving goods with accuracy, picking and packing orders and keeping accurate records of stock levels.
  • Manual Handling of heavy stock.
  • Working with or around heavy machinery, such as Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks and LLOP trucks to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for our co-workers.
