IKEA Reading is looking to welcome a Warehouse Assistant to join our hardworking fulfilment team.
As a warehouse co-worker at IKEA, you will be responsible for restocking shelves, picking customer orders, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining a tidy work area, and promoting a spirit of togetherness.

What You’ll Need to Have
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace is key
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently with attention to detail
- Experience using technical equipment to improve productivity
- Ability to initiate tasks independently and participate effectively in team efforts
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Replenishing stock in our full-serve warehouse and picking customer orders, which involves heavy lifting
- Operating or working around heavy machinery such as forklifts, counterbalance, and pump trucks
- Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for customers and co-workers
