IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome a Warehouse Sales Operative to join our hardworking Fulfilment team. This role combines customer interaction with hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
WHAT WE OFFERThe Start Date of employment will be: June 2026. Competitive hourly rate of 14.15 per hour. 30 and 24 hour contracts working 5 days over 7, this includes both weekend days, you will receive every 4th weekend off. Shifts will be between the hours of 1pm and 10pm. We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

- You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
- Due to health and safety reasons you will be required to be over the age of 18 years old.
Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery. Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to safely perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
