Sales & Replenishment Co-worker

IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome a Sales Assistant to join their team for 3 months.

You will work alongside our team who ensure our products are looking their best and available for customers to take home.

â ¢ You have a forward thinking mindset, are capable of working on multiple tasks and appreciate being part of the team but also can work with minimum supervision.

â ¢ You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer know they are valued and supported in everything you do.

â ¢ You are collaborative, make clear decisions, and use your initiative daily.

â ¢ You prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with strong attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

â ¢ Support the implementation of seasonal range changes throughout the store.

â ¢ Act quickly on commercial opportunities; change the availability of products, overstocks and out of stocks.

â ¢ You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.

â ¢ You are always interested in the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.

â ¢ The Start Date of employment will be: 8th March 2025

⠢ Competitive hourly rate of £13.85 per hour.

â ¢ 12 hours per week working weekend only.

â ¢ Shifts can start at 6am or finish at 10pm, for this reason you will need to be 18 years old.
