This is a busy role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives during busy shifts, and takes pride in delivering reliable customer service.
You'll play a key part in creating a welcoming shopping experience, offering product advice, and keeping the store looking its best.

WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be: 2nd October 2026
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
- 8, 12, 16, 20 & 24 hours per week contracts, working 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week (dependant on contract size), working 3 out of 4 weekends per month.
Availability from 8.00am-10.00pm.

- WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Experience in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment would be a great advantage.
- Confident using computers and digital tools, with the ability to pick up new IKEA systems and processes with ease.
- You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
- You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and engage with your daily tasks.
- Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.
- Ready to safely lift, condense, and replenish stock so that we are always customer ready.
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- Motivated by the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
- You support sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock safely.
