In IKEA, we call this a Unit Business Risk & Compliance Specialist.Join our dynamic team as a Unit Business Risk & Compliance Specialist in our IKEA Brighton Store! In this exciting role, you\’ll champion risk-aware decision-making, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and co-workers. You\’ll leverage your expertise to understand Ingka Rules and local legislation, provide essential training, and foster a proactive Risk & Compliance culture. Your efforts will help us detect, analyse, and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding our business. WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO HAVE • Comprehensive knowledge of national and local legal demands related to risk management, health, safety, and security, as well as relevant processes, tools, and methods.• Demonstrated understanding of the Ingka Group Risk & Compliance Framework, combined with a deep understanding of IKEA’s business model, values, and customer-centric approach, enabling the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.• Strongly aligned with IKEA\’s culture and values, with a deep passion for the business and its unique ethos.
