Full Benefit List – WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO HAVE • A willingness and capability to ensure that every customer enjoys a positive experience.• GCSE Maths and English at either A-C or 4-9 grade.• The ability to inspire, actively promote and sell the IKEA Kitchen product range. • Verbal and written communication skills.• Problem solving skills and be good at prioritising and organising your work.• The ability to work efficiently in a retail environment with varying customer demands.• Ability to communicate with customers using different communication systems email, video calls and telephone.Preferred but not essential:• Previous kitchen planning experience or a design background.• Previous customer service or retail experience.• Experience within a sales targeted environment. WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Virtually Plan & Design a Kitchen for up to 2 hours with the end goal of providing accurate plans, worktop and installation quotations for the customer. • Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.• Showcasing a passion for home furnishings and providing a detailed experience with high levels of engagement and solutions for the customers’ life at home.• Developing a personal follow-up routine with your customers.• Closing the sale – finalising designs and quotes from pre-installations visits.• Handling in-bound calls to interact with customers to support queries and finalise sales.
