We’re searching for an experienced real estate professional to lead the strategic development, optimisation, and long‑term performance of our UK & Ireland property portfolio.

From Central London projects to regional developments, you’ll collaborate with local authorities, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable and commercially strong property outcomes. This is a role for someone who thinks strategically but enjoys being hands‑on with delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- 6+ years in property management, asset management, or real estate development
- Strong exposure to planning processes and working with local authorities
- A background in urban planning, real estate, architecture, law, or business
- Experience managing complex, multi‑site portfolios
- A strategic mindset with the confidence to lead commercial negotiations and drive delivery
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY
Acquisition & Development
- Identifying and securing new sites across the UK & Ireland
- Leading feasibility studies, due diligence, and commercial negotiations
- Managing planning, permitting, and engagement with public authorities
Asset Management
- Enhancing the performance, value, and utilisation of existing assets
- Overseeing property obligations, taxes, risks, and compliance
- Managing landlord/tenant relationships and shared property agreements
Project Leadership
- Coordinating infrastructure, utilities, and development approvals
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers
- Championing sustainable, innovative solutions throughout development
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
