IKEA Reading are looking to welcome a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our delightful and hardworking team. This is a fast‑paced role working 30 hours a week. As a Kitchen Production Assistant, you will support in producing our meals in our busy customer restaurant – including our meatballs and hot dishes! If you thrive in a fast‑paced and team‑focused environment, this role will allow you to experience our wonderful everyday.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of ÂŁ14.15 per hour.
- 30 hours a week (5 days in 7, 6‑hour shifts as standard).
- Working 3 in 4 weekends a month will be required.
- Shifts may fall between 06:00am and 22:00pm.

- Prior kitchen and catering experience.

- Prepare and make meals using ovens and kitchen equipment.

- Follow cleaning schedule and maintain high standard of cleanliness.
