We are looking to welcome a Product Quality & Recovery Co-Worker to join our Recovery Team in Cardiff, where it is a wonderful workday.

Your role will be to contribute to product quality, safety, and recovery processes in the store. Sustainability and a passion for re-selling IKEA products are key to your daily tasks.

What We Offer

  • Β£12 hourly rate
  • 20 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
  • Working hours between 8am - 8:30pm

  • Recondition products for resale through repackaging, spare parts management, or As-Is selling
  • Set attractive prices to maximize results while considering sustainability
  • Represent and promote product recovery, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure routines and processes are followed
  • Support quality and safety tasks to enhance customer perception of product quality
