- Relevant experience in administrative operations or data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when faced with operational challenges.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail especially when completing repetitive data entry and reporting tasks.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Handling sensitive co-worker information, ensuring discretion, confidentiality and dignity every step of the way.
- Managing and coordinating local People & Culture service delivery to ensure risk, compliance and operational standards.
- Responsible for the People & Culture Team delivering on audit and compliance regulations.
