IKEA Gateshead invites applications for two Warehouse Team Managers to join our nightshift Fulfilment Operations Team Leader role. You will lead a proactive team in a fast‑paced warehouse, driving efficient fulfilment and ensuring customers always have the products they need.
The position is 39 hours per week, nights 21:30–10:00 with two alternate weekends. Starting salary £33,000 per annum, plus a £2.25 nightshift allowance per hour (22:00–06:00).
