If you are a night owl and have relevant warehouse experience (ideally using forklifts), then we would love to hear from you!, â ¢ Previous fork lift experience is preferred, however full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is committed to developing their skill set.
â ¢ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
â ¢ Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
â ¢ Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
â ¢ You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
â ¢ Operate and work around other heavy machinery, such as other forklift trucks, counterbalance, and pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
â ¢ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
â ¢ Replenishment of the store, operating the forklift to make sure all the shelves are full and ready for our customers.
â ¢ Responsible for loading and unloading of the deliveries.
â ¢ The Start Date of employment will be Sunday, 09 March 2025.
⠢ Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
⠢ Additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 an hour for hours worked between 22:00pm and 06:00am.
⠢ Additional forklift allowance of £1.50 an hour for hours worked when operating a forklift.
â ¢ Contract of 30 hours a week, with earliest shift times at 23:00pm at night and latest finishing times at 10:00am in the morning. This role will also involve weekend work.
