We're looking for a Warehouse Manager (what some call 'Fulfilment Operations Team Leader') to join our Fulfilment Operations team.
WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date May 2026.
- Salary starting from £30,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.
- Additional nightshift allowance equivalent to £2.25 per hour from 22:00pm - 06:00am.
- 39 Hours working 5 nights per week between the hours of 22:00 PM to 10:00 AM with alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Experience of leadership with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload.
- Results-driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
- Leading others and leading leaders, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
- Must be willing to be trained in these areas: First Aid, fire Warden, Forklift truck, Duty responsible.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness.
- Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
