IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome Food Stores Assistant to join our vibrant and dedicated team, where great food, friendly faces, and a passion for service come together!

WHAT WE OFFER
Start date of employment will be: 17th August
Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
24 hours weekly, working up to 4 days out of 7 and alternative weekends.
Working hours are 5am to 3pm with 1 late shift monthly (4pm to 10pm). Essential availability on Mondays & Friday\’s, alternative Tuesday\’s & Thursday\’s.

WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO HAVE
While previous kitchen experience can be beneficial, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a readiness to be actively involved in the work.
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to keeping the kitchen clean & tidy following health & safety standards.
Receiving and checking off deliveries, actioning & reporting any issues, adhering to all food safety policies.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team.
Manual handing safely, including extended periods of time on your feet.
