What we offer

  • The Start Date of employment will be: November 2025
  • The starting salary for this role is £26,400 per annum for full time hours and will be paid pro rata for part time hours.
  • Part Time: 30-32 Hours working 5 days per week, including late evenings and alternate weekends.

You’ll need to have

  • You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
  • You have experience working in a customer oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
  • You are someone who is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and grow sales, finding solutions to problems and communicating with the customer.
  • You are open to learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Planning & Designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
  • You engage with customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on suitable solutions for their life at home.
  • Support sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
  • Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
  • You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
  • You will support the overall customer shopping experience in the Kitchens Department by completing other tasks when needed this may include ensuring products are available, priced and supporting with kitchen enquires.
