WHAT WE OFFER
The Start Date of employment will be: August 2025
The starting salary for this role is £26,400 per annum pro rata, based on competence and experience.
24 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.
39 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and alternate weekends.
This role will involve a training period that will require travelling to either the IKEA store in Leeds or the Planning and Order Point in Hull. Travel costs for this will be covered by IKEA.

WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO HAVE
You have an interest in peoples life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
You have experience working in a customer oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
Confidence to take personal initiative and be open to change, with the ability to both find solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate to the customer.
Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY
Planning & Designing kitchens & wardrobes for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
Support maximising sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
You will support the overall customer shopping experience in the Planning and Order Point by completing other tasks when needed this may include replenishing products, picking and handing out orders, supporting with general customer enquires.
