WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY• Planning & Designing kitchens & wardrobes for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.• You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.• Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.• You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.• You will support the overall customer shopping experience in the Planning and Order Point by completing other tasks when needed this may include replenishing products, picking and handing out orders, supporting with general customer enquires.
