Come see the wonderful workday where we create a better everyday life for the many. We are looking to welcome a Fulfilment Operations Manager in IKEA, known as a "Team Leader," to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Bristol.
Your remit will be to ensure excellence in the daily running of the fulfilment operations by assigning duties to co-workers, communicating objectives, and coaching and developing the team.
WHAT WE OFFERThis role offers a starting salary of £30,000 per annum, based on competence & experience. 39 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends. Working hours will support the needs of the business, flexible between 6:00-22:00. IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer.

Relevant experience in retail and/or logistics. Minimum 2 years leadership experience with proven success. Business-minded with customer focus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
