Join our team as a Customer Relations Assistant, where your resilience and problem-solving skills will shine as you tackle customer complaints with a smile. You’ll be the hero ensuring smooth returns and spotting product issues like a pro. Plus, you’ll be the go-to guru for customers needing help with product assembly and spare parts, * You prefer to take initiative, are adept at juggling several responsibilities at once, and value teamwork while also being able to complete assignments without direct supervision.

The Start Date of employment will be: 1st March

Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.

12 hours working 3 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends. We are also open to discussing weekend only working that would involve working a 6 hour shift on both and Saturday and Sunday.
For this role late evening working requires being available until 9:30pm.
