IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome Sales Co-workers to our store sales team. Join our dynamic sales team where every day is different, fast-paced, and full of opportunity. WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be 10th January 2026.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.80.
- This role is a contract of 12 hours per week over 3 days OR 16/24 hours per week over 4 days, including day shift, evenings and 3 in 4 weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- You are always enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
- You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
- Some products may involve heavy lifting.
